Current users of the NPAC who are Service Providers (SP), Service Bureaus (SB), and Providers of Telecom-Related Services (PTRS) can begin the registration process.
Outreach to law enforcement users and Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) who will access the iconectiv Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform (ELEP) has begun. The registration process for Law Enforcement and Public Safety Agencies who use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will begin in the second quarter of 2017.
Users who engage in the business of telephone marketing and rely on the Intermodal Ported Telephone Number Identification Service of the current NPAC, also known as the Wireless Do Not Call (WDNC) service, can begin the registration process. Registration is open for users who access the WDNC service directly for number porting data. The registration process for customers who work through a reseller to use the NPAC service will take place later in 2017.
