STEP 1- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Onboarding begins with the registration process.  The first step is the completion and execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Click on the Register Now button and the NDA will be emailed to the address you supply. If you need help completing the form, please view the NPAC Onboarding NDA Presentation. Email your completed NDA to Please include “NPAC NDA” in the subject line.

Once the NDA has been executed, the Transition User Application (TUA), which provides information needed to register and validate the user of the NPAC, will be emailed to you along with detailed instructions for completing the form.  Once the TUA has been executed, you will be emailed the Regional User Agreement(s) (RUA), which is a contractual document that describes all parties’ obligations with regard to NPAC services.

Portions of both forms will be prepopulated with information that has been provided to iconectiv from the current LNPA that you will need to verify. Both forms will be accompanied by detailed instructions.

Please note that once the RUA(s) has been executed, you will be registered with the new iconectiv NPAC.
