If you are a Service Provider or Provider of Telecom-Related Services (PTRS), you can apply to become an authorized NPAC user. For information on the process, review the NPAC Onboarding Course.
Authorized Service Providers
Authorized Service Providers including those that have an Operating Company Number (OCN) issued from the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA), hold an Operating Authority, Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN), Radio License or VoIP Proof of Numbering and participate in porting numbers.
Authorized Providers of Telecom-related Services (PTRS)
Authorized Providers of Telecom-related Services (PTRS) include those that route, bill or rate calls or perform network maintenance. It also includes interconnected VoIP providers not eligible to obtain numbering resources from the North American Numbering Plan Administration , non-facilities-based resellers of interconnected VoIP services that use number resources and facilities of interconnected VoIP providers or Public Switch Telephone Number resellers and Service Bureaus that perform porting work on behalf of a Service Provider.
New PTRS users must go through the New User Evaluator (NUE) process to ensure that the application meets the guidelines of the North American Portability Management (NAPM) LLC for permitted use of NPAC data.

To receive the NDA, simply fill out the form below and the NDA will be emailed to the address you provide. Email your completed NDA to LNPA-Acct-Mgmt@iconectiv.numberportability.com. Please include “NPAC NDA” in the subject line.
