Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform (ELEP):

iconectiv has already begun reaching out directly to LEA and PSAP users who will access number portability-related data elements associated with a telephone number.  These users will have computerized access to this fee-based service. The outreach is intended to verify contact information and begin the registration process. If you have not been contacted by iconectiv and believe you should have, please email iconectiv at ELEP@iconectiv.numberportability.com.

Interactive Voice Response Service:

iconectiv has already begun reaching out directly to LEA and PSAP users who will access the iconectiv NPAC IVR service to receive the most current service provider information associated with a telephone number. The outreach is intended to verify contact information and begin the registration process. If you have not been contacted by iconectiv and believe you should have, please contact iconectiv at IVR@iconectiv.numberportability.com.   The NPAC IVR service is free of charge to qualified LEA and PSAP users.
