NeuStar’s Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC) in the Northeast region has been fully restored and is now available to the over 50 service providers affected by the service interruption.    

 

During this period, no carrier information was compromised and NeuStar’s rapid response teams worked around the clock to ensure a reliable recovery for network service providers throughout the Northeast region.
