Returning Users

Have you filled out the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

If you are a current user of the NPAC who is a Service Provider (SP), Service Bureau (SB), or a Provider of Telecom-Related Services (PTRS) and have not yet filled out the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please visit the Get Started Page.

I filled out the NDA!

If you have filled out the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and it has been executed, the next step is to complete the Transition User Application (TUA), which provides information needed to register and validate the user of the NPAC. To simplify completion of the TUA, portions will be prepopulated with information that has been provided to iconectiv from the current LNPA that you will need to verify.

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for the return of the executed NDA and the distribution of the TUA. If after that time you have not received the documents, please email LNPA-Acct-Mgmt@iconectiv.numberportability.com.

Once the TUA has been executed, the next step is completion of the Regional User Agreement (RUA), or agreements if you will need access to more than one region. The RUA is a contractual document that describes all parties’ obligations with regard to NPAC services. To simplify completion of the RUA(s), portions will be prepopulated with information that has been provided to iconectiv from the current LNPA that you will need to verify. Once the RUA(s) has been executed, you will be registered with the new iconectiv NPAC.
